The pen has a finely patterned platinum-plated grip section and is fitted with an 18K gold nib engraved with a stylized vintage aircraft motif and the "100 Years Montblanc" emblem, marked 18K 750 with a fine nib. The cap is numbered 1269/1906, referencing the founding year of Montblanc, and the pen is finished with the classic black Montblanc star emblem at the top.
