The Guanyin figure is carved in a kneeling seated pose with hands held in prayer, with incised robe details and a lotus pedestal base. The companion lion has stylized facial features, carved mane and body details, and sits on a shaped hardwood display stand. Both stone pieces show natural mottled coloration, surface wear, scratches, chips, cracks, old repairs, and scattered discoloration consistent with age and handling.
