Chester A. Arthur autograph boldly signed and dated “Nov. 15, 1881,” during his presidency, on a large bordered card with rounded corners. Accompanied by a 1997 Seaport Autographs receipt identifying the item as Arthur’s signature as President. The card exhibits toning and minor edge wear. Approx. Size (in): 7.75 x 8.5.
