A finely carved Chinese hardwood pedestal table or jardinière stand, featuring a circular inset marble top above an elaborately decorated apron with deeply carved foliate and scrolling motifs. The shaped legs are richly adorned with floral carvings and terminate in stylized claw feet, while a lower circular undertier provides both structural support and display space.
