A highly decorative Chinese cloisonné enamel tripod censer featuring a covered bowl form with ornate dragon handles, pale green jade-style hanging rings, and three figural beast-form legs. The vessel is richly decorated throughout with colorful enamel panels, mask-like motifs, scrolling geometric borders, and a bright turquoise enameled interior. The domed lid is embellished with raised metalwork beast-form mounts and a reticulated cloud-scroll finial supporting a black-and-red flame-pattern knop. The body displays detailed gilt or brass-toned metal mounts, including dragon-head side handles and guardian-style figural feet, giving the piece a bold ceremonial appearance. Surface wear, patina, enamel losses, small chips, discoloration, and age-related imperfections are present throughout, consistent with display and handling. An impressive decorative Chinese-style censer suitable for collectors of cloisonné, Asian decorative arts, or statement display pieces. Approx. dimensions (in): 12.5 x 12 x 7.75.
