Chinese lacquered wood decorative vase in a tall baluster form with flared rim, finished in a warm gilt-gold lacquer and decorated with a finely detailed landscape scene of mountains, trees, pagoda buildings, and small figures. The vase stands on an attached carved lotus-form pedestal base and bears an underside maker/import stamp reading “Wan N U R Co.” with “Made in China” and Chinese characters. The surface shows age-related rubbing, scuffs, and wear to the gilt lacquer, giving it an attractive antique-style patina. There is visible splitting/cracking to the underside and base area, including a prominent crack through the bottom, so the piece is best offered as decorative and sold as-is.
