A dynamic signed bronze sculpture by Dante V. De Florio, depicting a Native American rider mounted bareback while guiding a second horse at full gallop. The work is modeled with strong movement and expressive detail, from the stretched legs and animated heads of the horses to the rider’s reins, quiver, textured garment, and wind-swept posture. The figures are set on an irregular naturalistic oval base with a rich dark brown patina and polished highlights throughout. The base is signed “Dante V. De Florio” along the edge. An impressive Western-themed bronze with excellent presence, ideal for collectors of equestrian, Native American, or frontier subjects. Approx. dimensions (in): 13.25 x 21.25 x 14.
