A finely detailed Russian-made hand-painted metal military figure depicting an armored Ottoman cavalryman firing a pistol while mounted on a galloping gray horse. The rider wears an elaborate feathered turban, scale armor, patterned blue cloak and colorful trousers, with a curved saber, shield and additional weapons carried at the saddle. The richly ornamented horse features jeweled-style tack and a patterned saddle blanket, all mounted on a terrain-form base.
