Three-piece WWII history lot comprising a Doolittle Raiders’ 60th Reunion program from Columbia, South Carolina, April 2002, signed by several attendees including Raider Nolan A. Herndon and Apollo 16 astronaut Charlie Duke; Admiral Karl Doenitz’s Memoirs: Ten Years and Twenty Days, a 1959 review copy bearing a signature on the title page, its original review slip, and a handwritten provenance note by Douglas Atkin; and Donald L. Caldwell’s JG 26: Top Guns of the Luftwaffe. Both books retain their dust jackets, with the Doenitz jacket showing considerable edge wear, tears, and losses. Approx. size (in): 11 x 8.5 (big book).
