The figure is finely modeled with a detailed beaded bodice, patterned sleeves, headpiece, expressive face, and sweeping drapery, all characteristic of the decorative movement and theatrical elegance associated with the Art Deco period. The sculpture displays a two-tone patinated surface with warm bronze highlights and silvery-green oxidation, and is raised on a rounded stepped marble base. The circular bronze plinth is signed “Joe Descomps.” Condition shows visible age-related wear, oxidation, patina variation, rubbing, scuffs, residue, and surface marks throughout, with underside wear consistent with age and handling.
