Cooling, Dealer in Works of Art, 92 New Bond Street, London, adding period interest and provenance appeal. The piece shows age-related wear including toning, minor spotting, frame wear, and backing wear, but retains an attractive coastal composition with soft atmospheric color and strong decorative presence.
